How your order reaches you.

Where we deliver

We deliver across Mumbai, Monday to Saturday. There are no Sunday deliveries.

We do not currently deliver to Navi Mumbai or Thane. Mulund is served. To be certain, drop your pincode into the checker on our contact page before ordering, or just ask us on WhatsApp.

Each order goes to a single delivery address. To send things to two places, please place two orders.

When it arrives

Everything is made to order in small batches, so timing follows our kitchen rather than a warehouse:

• Almond milk ordered by 5pm arrives the next morning.
• Everything else ordered by 2pm arrives the next morning.
• After the cut-off, it is the morning after that.
• A date that would land on a Sunday moves to the Monday.

Your basket shows the exact arrival date for every item before you order. If an order placed between 2pm and 5pm contains both almond milk and other items, you can have everything together on the later date, or split into two drops at no extra cost.

If we ever cannot meet a date we have given you, we will tell you and offer a new one, or cancel that item and refund it.

Delivery charges

Free delivery on orders over ₹599. Below that, delivery is a flat ₹49.

Splitting an order across two dates costs nothing extra.

Paying for your order

All orders are prepaid. We do not offer cash on delivery.

You can pay online when you check out on this site, debit and credit card, UPI, net banking and wallets are all accepted, through our secure payment provider. Your card details are entered on the provider’s own secure page and are never seen or stored by us. If you would rather order on WhatsApp, we will send you a payment link there instead.

If something is wrong with your order

Our food is fresh and perishable, so we cannot accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind.

We do stand behind what we make. If your order arrives incorrect, spoiled or damaged, tell us the same day with your order reference and a photograph if you can. We will replace the item or refund it in full, whichever you prefer.

If the parcel is visibly damaged or tampered with when it reaches you, please refuse the delivery and message us straight away.

Where an incorrect or spoiled item needs collecting, we cover that cost. You will never be charged to send back something that was our mistake.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back by the same route you paid us, and are completed within 14 days of us confirming the problem.

Cancellations and changes

Because every order is made to order, we cannot cancel an order once it has been placed and confirmed.

If you need to change an address, a date or an item, message us on WhatsApp as early as you can. Before the kitchen starts your order we can usually help; once it is under way we cannot.

Your order reference

Every order gets a reference like BOD-260726-A4K. It appears on your confirmation screen and at the top of your WhatsApp order. Quote it whenever you contact us and we will find your order immediately.

There is no online account area on this site, so there is no tracking page to log into. Your WhatsApp thread with us is the record, and we keep you updated there.
